Our Lavender Essential oil is produced by steam distillation. In this concentrated form use sparingly (or dilute it) - maximum 3 drops at a time. Use on bites, burns, to relieve tension or headaches or as the ultimate sleep inducement. Our customers have their favorite methods, from a drop on their pillow, on a hanky under their pillow, in the bath or oil burner before bedtime.
Our recommendation - try rubbing a drop or two on the soles of your feet.
