The Lyndoch Lavender Farm and Cafe, just over 1 hour north of Adelaide, is situated in the lower Barossa Ranges in the area first proclaimed by Lord Lynedoch as the Barossa Valley. The Farm is surrounded by vineyards and overlooks Hoffnungsthal where a group of German immigrants settled in 1847.

Lyndoch Lavender Farm offers a new dimension in the Barossa.

At present we have over 6 acres of lavender which we use in our many products. There is also a display garden with over 90 different varieties of lavender.

To make the most of our beautiful views you can follow the tracks through the lavender rows, and take advantage of, and enjoy the tranquility at the top of the hill.

For an admission fee of only $2.00 (children Under 14 free) during the flowering season - you can also enjoy a free Tea or Coffee and Tastings (of some of our condiments from the Lavender Kitchen), AND a chance to experience some of the best views in the Barossa.

Why not try our offerings through the CAFE created by us THE LAVENDER KITCHEN including our Platters {Antipasto, Lavender Gourmet Dessert or Cheese}, Scones and Biscuits. Want to sit back and relax in beautiful surroundings with a capuccino, long black or a lavender tea? Have you tried the sweet taste of lavender? Hot and Cold drinks, Lavender Icecream, Scones and Biscuits are available all day - whilst lunches such as our Antipasto Platter are available from 12 - 4 pm.

Want to find out more - especially if you are a group planning to visit for a tour and you would like an afternoon or morning tea or lunch. Then
contact us.

You may also like to try our ALLANSON wines. For more information about the wines contact the winemaker - Mark Allanson via email .
